This morning my smoothie consists of 1/4 mango, 1/2 bok choy, 1 c spinach, dried coconut, 2/3 c blueberries and some almond milk. Not bad. So I guess a smoothie is called a smoothie because it's so smoooooth. This just occured to me.
Not really losing weight... HMPH.
Lunch will be organic chicken marinated in Greek dressing recipe gone wrong (I added 1/2 c vinegar instead of 1/2 tsp OOPS).
