This is the start of my food blog. I have been following the cleanse for a few days, but today is the first day of our weigh in. This is an account of the food I have had today.
6AM-7AM : 2 glasses of water, cup of jasmine green tea
7:30AM: Spinach, broccoli, carrot, applesauce, blueberry, cinnamon smoothie (8 oz.)
10:30AM: Sliced peach with 1 tbs raw cashew butter (yum!)
11:00AM: Green tea
12:30PM: Pinto beans, red cabbage, boiled chicken, green bell peppers and lettuce salad (12 oz.)
4:00PM: 1/4 cup almonds and walnuts
7:15PM: kale, applesauce, cherry and coconut milk smoothie (12 oz.)
